POWER BASED COACHING

Rick,
In preparation for the upcoming San Diego Belgian Waffle Ride, I did the “short” 84 mile 8,000 ft. version of the CCSD DIRTY DEVIL. Thanks for all of the help and coaching, especially with the hill work. This was a beautiful ride on San Diego county roads. The two major climbs were on dirt roads. Could never have done it without your coaching.

 Update FTP test info on Robert W.
When we initially tested Robert, his FTP was 185W. Less than two (2) months later, after coaching Robert through a training plan, his FTP is now 200W! Robert is able to stay up on group rides and having more fun on the bike than ever before!
