Installation of a 145mm crankset on our WAHOO KICKR Shift bike

 Installation of a 145mm short crank arm set on our WAHOO KickR Shift bike has really improved my ability to ride the KickR shift bike. The smallest possible crank arms that came with the KickR Shift bike (165mm crank arm) were simply too long. It was impossible to fit the KickR Shift bike by modifying saddle height. I am much more stable and relaxed when riding the bike with the 145mm crank arms and have a higher nominal power output. I also have greatly improved my pedaling mechanics and am now able to use the correct muscle groups throughout the pedal stroke.
