POLICIES

a. When you register and pay for our Bike Fitting course(s), you will first receive all of the materials associated with the BACKGROUND section of this course. This includes 

· Video lectures 

· Slide handouts that accompany the lectures, and 

· The Background modules homework booklet (see 1b. below). 

b. The homework booklet is due  Wednesday, i.e., 2 days before the start of the course on Friday. If you do NOT turn in your homework booklet by the due date or you know that you will miss the deadline due date, you MUST contact us immediately. At this point, you will be unenrolled from the course, and your access to the course materials will also be removed. You will be given a choice of either a refund for ½ of the tuition you have paid or rescheduled for the next course. 

c. Once you have turned in your completed Background Modules Homework booklet, you will be given access to the remaining course videos and slide handouts that cover our bike fit process in detail. These materials will be discussed in class on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. But, regardless, once you have received access to these materials, you will NOT be able to receive a refund, nor a certificate for the course since you will have received all of the materials that we have created for our course.
